AT BTP ELC

We ensure secure attachments through responsive care giving to build children’s confidence through play.

We aim to teach the children skills required for future learning success.

We believe play is fundamental to learning.

BUILD

We believe significant learning occurs by building meaningful relationships with all children and their families and valuing all cultures and backgrounds and including these into our program.

TEACH

We build connections, value curiosity and show compassion to create, influence and inspire. As a team, we work together to follow the Early Years Learning Framework. Educators provide children with opportunities to maximise their potential and develop a foundation for future success in learning.

PLAY

Children are natural learners and learning can happen anywhere, at any time. Play teaches children to think critically, problem solve and build their skills and development. Our environments are set up for play based learning where children can bring their interests to the program. Intentional teaching further extends learning guided by the children’s interests.
