When can I visit BTP ELC?

We ask that you contact the centre so we can ensure we have someone to show you around our custom-built facility. We also have regular routines and events happening, so best to book ahead.
You can do this by calling us direct on (07) 3452 8114 or fill out this form and we’ll be in touch!

How can I find out if you have room for my child?

Easy! Simply give us a call on (07) 3040 2239 or fill out this form and we’ll get back to you asap.

What happens if my child is unwell?

You must keep your child at home if they are unwell. If they present any signs of illness while in care, we will contact you to collect them and seek medical advice.

When would a childcare centre close?

Our centres will only close if directed by public health or for other valid health and safety reasons. We will aim to reopen as soon as possible.

What happens if someone at the centre is diagnosed with Covid-19?

We will remain transparent and open in our communications with our entire community. We are required to notify relevant authorities if a confirmed case of COVID-19 has been diagnosed in our community. If a child or educator is undergoing testing, we are also required to notify the relevant authorities and therefore we will follow their advice. It is everybodyโ€™s responsibility to keep us informed of their COVID-19 health status.

We will act in accordance with the directions of the relevant authorities regarding cleaning, closure and reopening.
